This Trust Center serves as a comprehensive overview of Solers.io's commitment to security, privacy, and operational excellence. Here, you will find detailed information about our practices and policies designed to protect your data and ensure the reliability of our services.

Our approach to trust is built on a strong foundation of established policies and continuous monitoring. We have developed and documented a robust set of policies covering various aspects of our operations, including information security, data protection, data retention, acceptable use, and software development. These policies outline the procedures and technical measures we implement to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.

Solers.io is actively working towards establishing and implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards. This framework guides our efforts in defining principles, requirements, and rules for our ISMS, ensuring a systematic approach to information security. We also identify and adhere to relevant legal, statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Key aspects of our trust posture include:

  • Data Protection: We have a dedicated Data Protection Policy outlining procedures and technical measures to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Our Data Retention Policy defines how long various types of data are kept. We also have an Encryption Policy that establishes requirements for the use of cryptographic controls.
  • Operational Practices: Our software development lifecycle is governed by defined policies and procedures covering requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. We maintain an Acceptable Use Policy for personnel's usage of company assets. We also continuously monitor our internal controls using compliance automation software.
  • Vendor Management: We recognize the importance of third-party security and obtain and review compliance reports or other evidence for critical vendors and service providers at least annually.

This overview provides a high-level summary of our commitment to trust. We encourage you to explore the other sections of our Trust Center for more in-depth information on specific policies, controls, and certifications.
